This Software License Agreement shall be valid for duration which the Software is subscribed by Client via the Marketplace.

10.Training

Provided the Client has paid to Vinci360° the applicable training fees (not included in Marketplace fees), Vinci360° shall provide it Client with Software implementation training program in conformity with Vinci360° training terms and conditions

11.Support

Vinci360° shall provide for technical assistance exclusively by email, Vinci360° shall make best efforts to reply the any technical assistance request with forty-eight (48) business hours of receipt the request.

12.Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your data, please contact us using the email (support@vinci360.com). We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and will delete your data as required by applicable law.
